In order to protect our clients, their business, and our designer lines, Silver International has placed the following policy change into immediate effect:

1. The use of Silver International jewelry images on your own website, and any other online marketplace, is strictly prohibited without written consent from Silver International. Including and limited to any auction sites like Ebay and Amazon. The images are copyrighted and are an exclusive property of Silver International Inc.

2. Any existing Silver International images must be removed from your website(s) within 48 hours of your first and only notice. A failure to comply will result in a permanent termination of your wholesale account with Silver International without any further notice.

3. Any unauthorized use of Silver International jewelry images is a direct violation of, inter alia. 17 U.S.C. § 106.  As a result, you are subject to all of the potential remedies provided by the Copyright Act, including injunctive relief, compensatory damages, statutory damages, and attorney’s fees.

4. All Silver International designer brands, including and not limited to, SKU Jewelry and Royalty Collection, may not be sold below Silver International MSRP.  The MSRP for every item can be found on silverinternational.com, and all prices on your website must be kept updated at all times. We suggest a slightly higher price than the MSRP to account for small fluctuations, and to eliminate the need for constant monitoring and updates. A failure to comply with our MSRP policy will result in a permanent termination of your wholesale account with Silver International without any further notice.

5. Silver International designer brands may not under any circumstances be sold or listed on any auction sites such as Ebay, nor on any online marketplaces such as Buy.com

This policy was created to protect the inline stores that carry Silver International jewelry, and to prevent unfair price competition that hurts everyone and undermines the value of our designer lines and brands.

Silver International reserves the right to refuse sales to any individual or company that does not abide by these rules.

Order Policy:

• SilverInternational.com has a $200 minimum for online orders. All international orders have a minimum of $500.

• Back orders are held for 30 days and shipped upon availability of goods, unless instructed otherwise.

• No orders will be released if a past due balance exists.

Payment Policy:

• SilverInternational.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards, and bank wire.

• All first time customers must pay by credit card.

• A 30-day credit term is available upon approval of signed and completed Credit Application Form.

• Any account past due 90-days will be sent to Collections. Debtor will be liable for all finance charges and attorney legal fees.

Shipping Policy:

• SilverInternational.com will attempt to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. Generally, all orders received are processed and shipped within 2 business days. However, during busy seasons, like the holidays, it may take longer and ask that you accordingly submit your orders in advance.

• Shipping charges are based on shipping method, weight, destination and the value of the merchandise.

Return Policy:

• All returns are subject to approval by SilverInternational.com. SilverInternational.com is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. SilverInternational.com only accepts returns if the said merchandise has manufacturing defects, if they are of unsatisfactory quality or if they were erroneously sent to a customer. All items are checked before being shipped out.

• All returns must be made within 15 days with a copy of the original invoice.

• No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must obtain a RA# within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. To obtain a RA#, please call 1-800-445-3932 or email us at info@SilverInternational.com.

• Once you receive a RA#, returns must be made within 15 days. All return packages must have the RA# clearly marked on the shipping label.

• Authorized returns are accepted for store credits or exchange only. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS.
